Penny was a passionate fan for her children’s many activities, including softball, golf, Prima dance, and Post 22.

Penny lived life to the fullest. Although her time was cut short, she made the most of each day. Penny enjoyed golfing, traveling, hiking, skiing, dancing, biking, and going to the lake. Penny could often be seen at downtown Summer Nights. Penny was an avid concert goer. Penny’s radiating smile will be missed by all who knew her.

Her greatest joys in life were her children and her granddaughter, Brooklynn. The two shared a very special bond. Penny loved shopping dates with Brooklynn and enjoyed being Brooklynn’s chauffeur for her countless dance classes. Penny was an adoring mom and grandma.

She is survived by her children, Brianna (Rapid City), Dana (Billings, MT), granddaughter Brooklynn, parents Bob and Judy Lewis (Rapid City), sister Laura Corrigan (Rapid City), Tim and Pam Voegele (Rapid City), step-brothers Kevin (Lori) Lewis (Rapid City), Eric Lewis (Colorado Springs, CO) and Chad Lewis (Rapid City), ex-husband Terry Hill, numerous nieces and nephews, and best friend Joni Cook.
